Does anyone know which credit bureau VW credit uses when you apply for a car loan with them?

It depends on the dealership.  Mine pulled TU.  Call your local dealership and ask the finance manager.

They pull TU. i tried to get them to pull EQ as it is my highest score (715), but they pulled TU. Too bad for them I had it on ICE and it wasn't worth a hard pull.

I was hoping for EQ also but oh well will just hope for the best.
