This may be a case where the CSR made a mistake as $15K seems a high limit for that card from what I have read here though I am sure it is possible to get that starting limit. If you don't get anywhere with the applications department then you will probably have to contact the EO. As for contact info, you'll need to just Google the email address and it is usually one of the first responses. We have been asked not to provide their contact information. Good luck and let us know what happens.
