Thanks for posting this! It made re-evaluate how mine was ran 3 months ago. I told them to not run with PG, but they did anyways. I went back and had them re apply removing personal guarantee. Instant $22,000 approval!!
It's actually a pretty good card, 3% cash back on dining and travel, and 5% cash back on gas(up to $6k per year). With my real estate business, I'll eat up that $6k in gas in about 6 months..

WOW, HUGE Approval... I don't think I have EVER seen that kind of no PG approval with Sync especially instant!
