8 Months Post BK D/C App Spree Approvals!!

Applied today for a Town Fair Tire store card (Syncrony). I planned on making a moderately sizable purchase and chose to apply for the hell of it. Instant approval for $500. Not the limit I wanted but hopefully that grows to something larger soon. I figured I'd do a mini Syncrony spree and see if I could keep the party going. I applied for the Amazon Prime store card, which I've wanted for a long while now, and got an instant approval for $900. Again not the ideal SL, but I've had past Syncrony experiance (more on that in a moment) and I know it will grow quickly. To finish off my Syncrony spree I app'd for the Walmart store card and got an instant $400 SL. I'm beyond excited for getting back in Syncrony so all these limits are ok with me. I was discharged (BK7) 7/11/16 and I burned Syncrony BIG TIME to the tune of $13,000. That was between PayPal Credit and my Walmart card. So for them to give me a second chance is "yuge" for me and I'm grateful for it. So to everyone who is discouraged by denials, just keep on keepin on and good things will happen.

Nice approvals! I'm so glad they gave you another chance and I hope your limits grow nicely. I admit I'm a little jealous. I want an Amazon card and they won't approve me. Not sure what that bank has against my profile, I've never done business with them and they seem to give cards out to many people.

That was me for what seemed like years, but on a total hunch I app'd for the TFT card and then the Amazon card. I guess it's just the luck of the application. My scores actually dropped 10-15 pts across the board last week, so idk why I was approved now as opposed to last month🤔

I'd call credit solutions now... the 900 amazon limit seems to be a threshold that a lot of times can instantly be increased.

Called 877-379-8175 and was promptly declined😂. I'll wait a couple months and try again I guess. Just happy to be back in with Syncrony.
