Lol. Congrats! Amex reps can certainly be fun! Sometimes with more difficult questions I would advise a person to call. For stuff like this and basic stuff, chatting is VERY FUN!
I did online chat (get US reps via phone when have business card). I never get (smile). 
I totally perfer chatting with amex rep online than calling.
