Currently rebuilding credit. 1-1/2 months ago scores were 561, 561, and 605. Today they are 600, 618, and 637. Began with about 20 negative accounts - some not mine or inaccurate - and now down to 7 or less and more still moving off. Paid some, disputed others.
So mid-March was approved $300 with QS. Then couldn't even get a secured card. So about 10 days ago and in desperation I went to Compass and was prepared to put down $500 for a secured card with $450 CL. To my surprise, walked out with an unsecured $5000 CL and when finished saving for DP in 2-3 months and other items cleaned up I will be approved for a mortgage.
I am expecting a nice bump of 30-40 points from the cards. Keeping utilization 10% or below. But boy was I surprised with Compass!
Wow!! That is really great! Congrats!
Congrats!
Great job! Congratulations!
Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!
