Rebuilder Jump Scare, aka Living vicariously through DW's Barclay's Apple approval

After hitting submit, I'm waiting for the bits to go to space and back and give a result. When the page reloads, I visibly jump, curse under my breath, and am staring at the screen with elevated heart rate when my son ask's me if I had been "jump scare'd".

I deny the amount of reaction his recreation included, but, yeah, that.

They pulled EX(wasn't expecting that), and approved her for $1200.

She's had an OpenSky for about a month, has two student loans she's only made one payment on so far(just graduated).

Her EX FICO 08 is 707: 0 current/1 total HP, 0% UTI, 1 open cards, 7y 9m AAoA, 17y 3m AoOA

(I know, Barclay's, CLD, etc. No spree's planned, this is strictly rebuilder. Her other two reports have 1 and 2 open collections, each.)

2020-02-07 FICO 08: TU 789
2020-02-10 FICO 08: EX 752

If she is truly reporting 0% utilization, her FICO8s are lower than they need to be.  Follow the AZEO Method as listed in my signature link 11 rules.

Congrats on the approval! Sounds like DW’s Experian is in decent shape. Is Amex a consideration?

I know, I know, it's harder to get that where you want it when there's only 1 card with a $200 limit. That card goes in the fire safe now.

I was holding off on that one for a bit longer. On 2017-10-28, I got this from their prequal page(I didn't record the interest rates, I'll do better next time):

BCE: no intro apr, no bonus
EveryDay: no intro apr, no bonus
Green: no bonus

When I put my info in right now, I get:

EveryDay: 15k MR for $1k, 0% apr for 15 months, 17.99% apr

BCE: $150 cash back for $1k, 0% apr for 15 months, 17.99% apr

Gold Delta SkyMiles: 35k miles for $1k, no intro apr, 16.74% apr

I'm not greedy about it, I'd just like a bit more assurance that they are ready to accept her.
