Just applied for target red card got the 7-10 day response what does that mean??

You will most likely be denied.  I'm not sure if they have a # but if they do, I'm sure someone here has a backdoor # you can call or you can search the boards to see if you can find it?

Did you know that you can get the 5% and the free shipping with their debit card too?   Good luck with your app..maybe just verification issue?

d170, so if I sign up for the debit card it's an additional 5%??  I have the store card already so that's 5%.

No, I just meant the debit card gets you 5% off.  However, if you fill 5 prescriptions, you'll receive 5% off coupon so you get one full day of shopping at 10%!! Worth it if you have RX filled often and even if not so often, the 5 prescriptions don't expire. So if it take a month or year, so long as the program is valid.  You can utilize it.
