Those 3 seconds of wait time seemed endless, even my hands started perspiring during it.
I about fell out of the chair! 10K! Thank you C1, I needed this.
So far, only Experian hit, I’ll keep you posted. I thank you all for your input
* Any advice on where I should go from here??
Congrats on the new card. How many new accounts have you gotten in the last year. My wife has 800 FICO but 6 new accounts in last 12 months and is not showing prequalify for venture.

Congrats! $10k is a great limit and far from a starter card. You are now in a top tier card.
Use the card as much as possible and PIF always.
I pay large chunks WEEKLY on my main used cards.
Cap One has treated me very very well.
If you find that you are having trouble spending all your bonuses on travel, you can convert it to a No AF QuickSilver at 1.5% cash back in 6 months or a year.

Thanks a lot!!
When I saw 10k, I thought about what you said “this could be a huge jump for my credit profile.” It feels really good to be here, but I want to keep climbing up.
I see how well Cap One has treated you; those are some very healthy credit limits you have there. That is exactly where I want to be in the next few years! Do you think Cap One is more generous to customers who are more loyal to them per say? I’m wondering if I should focus on building a strong relationship with Cap One only for now, and then spread out.
Thank you for the advice, I really appreciate it... I was wondering how I should use this card, what does Cap One like to see. I will follow your lead.
I downloaded the Cap One Wallet right away, so I could knock that 3k out quickly. My second day I was just under 2k spent when Cap One emailed me to make sure it wasn’t fraud, lol. It’s feels good to be able to breath a bit.
I will definitely keep that in mind (…convert it to a No AF QuickSilver…). My wife has family overseas and we try to join them every winter. I’ve wanted this card for quite some time, I’m curious to see how many miles I can build up using it. We’ll see how it goes J
Do you think I should PC my Quicksilver One to Quicksilver, seeing as it appears to be bucketed?
