Haha! I'm actually not tempted at all, thankfully. I currently have over $50,000 in credit limits with a 3% utilization. I'm going to sit back and let everything grow!! I like seeing great offers, though!
+1 dont need the available credit but the offer sure would be nice!
Do you guys know how much 30k miles worth !???

Almost a ticket i think...I had 5000 of my own miles and got myself a roundtrip ticket to Dallas from Baltimore/Washington
It came in handy as i was tight on my money a few months ago...Well i still am kinda
Got enough for my ticket to Homecoming next year through my AAdvantage Citi Amex

Which is exactly why I would have loved the 70k offer!
The 70k link is not working any more. 70k Skymiles are worth about $700 unless you're traveling abroad and can use Skymiles to book flights with Skyteam partners.
Skymiles are the lowest-valued frequently flier miles.
OP, there's no rule stating that you can only get 2 Amex cards. I think the general limit is 4 cards though.

limit is 5 Amex revolvers. like BCP, Hiltons, Starwood, Delta, Jetblue etc you can have all these cards at once.
then if you really wanted you could have 5 charge cards if you wanted zync, green, gold, platinum, black
