AU on CC with High UTIL

I've been an AU on a CC that was opened LONG before I was born, but now it has a 62% util ... and rising. It's the only CC on my repots with utilization above 30%.

I know some FICO scores aren't taking AU into consideration, but for those that do -- is this hurting me? Or is the age of the account helping? Should I remove myself from this account?

(To clarify, CK is noting my average age of credit history is only 8 years, so it doesn't look like the score is taking into consideration the age of this account, but it is looking at the balance/available limit.)

Its hurting you but hard to know how much.  Depends on its limit and utilization vs your overall limits and utilization.  Nonetheless any account over 50% is going to have a negative effect on your scores.  Also, it's effect on your AAoA can't be determined.  Too little info known

Your total credit card balance
$14,368
÷
Your total credit cardl imit
$34,350
=
Your credit card uilization
42%

This card alone is Balance: $12,868 Utilization: 63%

So....yeah. Giving BoA a call tomorrow to remove myself. Thanks!
