Amex CLI - System wrong on last request...

So after doing CLI for 2nd time and getting same no CLI within 6 months called in and he said it DID appear that it had been long enough for new account and old account since 6 month increase and for 62 day so he would forward to executive team to review and would have answer within 72 hours!
