Amex credit increase.. is it time?

So I called Amex today and the nice gentleman said I can do an increase next week. He said just to do it whenever next week.

But are you eligible? I contacted Amex yesterday because I couldn't remember when my account was opened and then I asked the csr when I could ask for a CLI, he told me I could do it now and even gave me the link but my account has only been opened for 40 days so I am not sure what he was talking about lol.
