Amex reporting question

The problem is where my credit reports have the blocks showing green if your payment were on time and red showing u were late. On my EX report instead of it showing I made my payments on time every Month the green block is just moving over to the next Month. So right now if u don't look at the date it looks like I just opened this count in July. How can I get AMEX to start reporting right? On EQ They're reporting from Nov, on TU they're reporting starting in Jan, And I Explained EX already. Anyone ever called Amex and get them to fix they're reporting.
Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn't.

Re: Amex reporting question

You have nothing to worry about unless they quit reporting-

You get credit for those ontime payments-
