I don't know much about them, but they're on my radar because they have a true Chip-and-PIN, no-foreign-transaction-fee Visa card. And joining is open to anyone who signs up for a free association membership.
So +1 to what you asked...I'm also curious to hear some people's experience with them.

Not much data on them in the releveant credit databases: appears to have always pulled EX for every entry I could find; however, that's not a large statistical sample but for a random CU, it's a reasonable assumption that they'll exclusively pull the one.
