I have remorse after signing up for this cap1 card.. anyone have luck getting them to waive their fee?
the easy answer is NO and the complicated answer is NO. I see your new so feel free to search this forum for all the disappointment you will see from cap1. Cap1 rebuilder cards have a job to do and once the do the job (build, reestablish credit, positive TL, Etc) dump them but you never know YMMV stranger things have happened

You have a better chance of owning the entire NFL.
So, theoretically, it is possible? Lol, sorry, just got a kick out of your answer!

A lot of people (myself included) have had luck with getting the AF refunded AFTER the first year. Just keep the account in good standing and once your anniversary rolls around and they charge the fee, give them a call and they'll check to see if they can reverse it for you.
But on the other hand, good luck getting a credit limit increase from them.

I withdraw my previous post... I didn't realize you were talking about the FIRST annual fee.
Good luck with that.
