Are credit cards companies less likely to give you a higher limit

if you apply for an introductory 0% apr?

I figure they're not making much money till the interest kicks and maybe they're afraid you'll rob peter to pay paul to avoid interest.  I don't have any balances to transfer but wanted a higher limit to pay for car repairs.  I looked on whogavemecredit.com and it looks like those with a with the higher apr and no intro got a higher limit for my same score and those with the lower apr got a lower limit.  Am I right about this?

Generally, the APR has nothing to do with your CL.
