Re: Ashley Furniture GE Experience?

Hopefully they pull TU and not EX when you apply(if it matters to you, people now a days have their TU in way more better shape than EQ or EX.)

When filling out the app they ask you how much you would like, I was only buy a bedroom set for 1.8k so 5k was fine. Also shop around for prices...they will price match other stores this set was originally 3200.

+1

They will also just generally negotiate price. I got them to give me free delivery and knock off $100 on the price of my bedroom set. The sales lady who helped me also gave me a low profile (thinner) box spring for my mattress set for free, which was normally a $150 upgrade over the standard box spring. And all their furniture is pretty high quality so its a good deal to shop there.

Re: Ashley Furniture GE Experience?

They pulled EX when I applied in April 2013.  Got a $3K line.   I requested an increase to $9.5K in November and the checked EX again  (689), but they only gave me $1K increase to $4K line. My balance was $780 after an inital $1.9K purchase in April.  The reason for only giving me an increase of $1K was "Bank lending policy"
