Do you have to speak to customer care to recon CLI on a new acct? I have called twice to speak with an analyst and they keep telling me I have to speak with customer care and when i do cust care stated i have not been assigned an acct number yet so they cant pull it up?

be advised..i think it will be a HP. But i tried calling all backdoor numbers. In the end I called the executive office and took the HP. Jumped from 3000 to 7500 though before I even got the card. Converted to a Visy Siggy too
