I recently had my Rooms to Go $3000 card closed due to the store switching banks from Citi Retail to Wells Fargo. I would like to try and have Citi convert the retail card into a regular Citi card since it was not closed due to my own fault. Does anyone have a backdoor number for the retail division - or do you think I should just call the regular Citi? Any correspondence in the past with them has explicitly said that Citi Retail and Citi Financial are separate. Any suggestions? Thanks!
