As many of you have had experienced, when Cap 1 was the owner of the BBY store accounts there wasn't any option to let you add AUs online
This same problem was happenning in the beggining with CITI they had the option to add AUs but it was giving an error telling you the account wasn't eligible to add AUs but this has changed, now you get this screen
It's pretty nice because we're going to be able to add our family/friends on our BBY accs
No they don't they only require you to give your name... and the card is sent to the address on file... You also have an option of adding an AU without Citi issuing a card...
