I took a member's advice on the forum...I apologize in advance b/c I don't remember which user that was but you know who you are! Anyway this user advised me to request a CLI for my GE cards after the 4th statement. I called GE this evening for my Living Spaces account b/c I suddenly realized I was at the 4th statement and could request a CLI. Opened the account in May 2012 to purchase a kitchen table (still making payments with deferred interest). Anyway my starting CL was 5,500. Agent asked me how much more I wanted and I requested $3,000 because I didn't want to seem greedy. I didn't think I'd be approved for the whole amount...BUT I WAS! Available for immediate use as of 9/18/12. Credit line is now $8,500
