Can I upgrade my Zync?

SOFT ME, my points went up 30 points since I applied. Should go up more soon I hope, with new accounts and paid a big chunk of my CapOne (Should have much better utilization).

30 points, congrats... your around the corner from adding an Amex Credit Card product... but wait until Jan. when they backdate your account, it will actually make the new account older than your zync 1-10 vs 1-11!! Love that about Amex

If it's on your online account as an upgrade, it's already been approved for you, you are basically just agreeing to the new annual fee and new cards will be sent

Does AMEX FR with revolvers as well? The other day AMEX denied my transaction for no apparent reason. I was assuming that they were going to FR me, later I received a phone call from them to identify some information because my account was recently replaced due to lost card.

Whoa, once a WEEK?!  I've had Zync for 6 weeks and just checked EX yesterday - no softs yet.  Surprising since I've been putting a lot on the card ($2k first month including a $600 dinner on a biz trip), but I've been making payments throughout the month too, so I suppose it's not an issue.  Maybe my monthly/weekly softs just haven't kicked in yet...

Lol, yeah.  At least once every 14 days since I got the card in September.

I get TONS of pre-approvals online.

I've put around $5k through my card since then.  And according to "Check my spending ability," I can spend up to $7,000 right now without asking them anything!

OK let me say this. 2 min ago I read all the posts here. I have had the same question

I got my Zync Last Month. I just applied over the phone with CSR for the GOLD Premier Rewards Card. ---- APPROVED!!!

The Rep told me - who sounded quite knowledgeable - that since the charge cards are low risk - cause you have to pay them off every month - the requirements are relatively the same. Personally, I don't think a college kid wants to pay 175 in fees - I work so its a small price to pay once a year.  

The key here is that I have 2 cards open now - yes you can keep BOTH open. Why you ask? Because the points come together from both cards into 1 pool. So I don't lose out on the double point packs, and nor do I lose out on transferring points to the gold from whatever airline etc and I do get the promotion free 1 year and whatever points they have right now.

YAY, Finally someone says it! once you get one, you could probably have one of every color if you wanted to pay the fees!
