Cap 1 app cannot be verified

I have FICO EQ 757, no baddies, after I applied for their student card I got a letter saying that I am declined, all they say on the letter was "your application is incomplete or cannot be verified, therefore you're declined.."

I don't understand what part of my application is incomplete or verifiable...even if there is, they didn't even ask for verification...and just declined me like that...

can anyone please tell me what does this suppose to mean and what should I do next. Thanks.

It could be something showing differently on your CR from what you put on the app...Have you tried giving them a call? Also, have you looked at your CR's lately to make sure everything is matching, cause Capone pulls from all 3 CRA's...I would definitely give them a call if I were you
