So I called 2 months ago asked for a decrease and they said they couldn;t do anything then but to call back in the next couple of months. So I paid of my Citi card (actually I had a $30 credit). I called today and they kept ransferring me to to more and more people. The last CSR i spoke with offered to lower it from 29.9% to 11.9% for the next 6 months. I never threatened to cancel my card, but she kept saying "If you are willing to keep your account open with us today..." I know it's still 11.9% but it's a lot better than what I was getting and is a step in the right direction. Here's to better APR higher limits and better scores/

I read an article the other about the big banks are now lowering the APR of some of its members. Members should start seeing the lower APR starting in March the article stated.
