OK, so this aligns with Prestige. Currently, Prestige is 3x travel, 2x dining and entertainment whereas as Premier is 3x dining and entertainment, 2x travel

So....good or bad?
Good if you spend a lot on travel (which includes gas)
3 TYP on gas is a pretty decent deal, considering they're transferrable.
And less good if you were using it as a 3x dining card, but that probably shouldn't be the primary use because of the AF!
What will be interesting is to see if they change the Prestige travel category to match the Premier travel category. Right now, travel on Prestige doesn't cover as much as what they're going to have on Premier (gas, taxi's,). But then, they may be thinking that people who want cards named "Prestige" won't be staying at trailer parks or using motor homes
I got the Premier after the Prestige for the 3X dining and entertainment Oh well, at least the first year AF is waived and I got my 50k bonus points.
I'll be getting a prestige next time I app. Rack up some crazy TY points on my forward first, then get the prestige and transfer em out.
Now that I'm done with all my signup spending I can start using my cards like I'm supposed to.
thats good for those who travel a lot.
