Credit One Bank

Hi All,

Applied for and was denied a Credit One Bank card.  I would like to get something positive out of the hard inquiry to eventually show on my credit report.  I would like to ask them to reconsider, and is this best accomplished by letter or phone and if by phone is there a number available.
