May want to make sure it was not because they could not aporve you for membership. . happen to me due to a mistake on checksystem. The accounts falls off this month anyway so I am debating even if it worth contacting them, because it will fall off on it own this month.

Are you already a member? It sounds like the ans is no if you don't know their number. IMO it's a problem with the membership/eligibility.
