I applied for Discover More Card on 5/24. Before I applied I pulled myFICO EQ it was 663.
Instant approval online $ 3000
I got my card today and a letter which stated FICO 723 Source Equifax Date 5/24
Any guesses on which version?

We believe it to be a credit card enhanced FICO08.
Same thing happened to me. I was about to post but found this post. Right AFTER I app'd I checked myFico here on this site and it was EQ - 655. Got the card and the letter in the mail today (different mailings, but arrived at same time) and it said 677. I was thoroughly confused
, but makes sense that they use an enhanced scoring model of sorts. Thanks for clarifying!

...and there isn't a way that we can get access to that score, is there?

I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you mean the CC enhanced FICO08 or the Classic TU08 offered to Walmart Discover and store card holders?

There's no method currently for getting a credit-enhanced (or any other industry option pull) without going through a lender unfortunately to my knowledge, and I think that's absolutely accurate in this case.
