First National Bank of Omaha Approved!

It's been a very good few weeks for me. Just sharing my results and profile:

Discover More CLI - 2,000.00 - Last month

Lowe's CLI - 1,600.00 - Last week

AMEX BCP - Approved - 2,000.00 - Last week

FNBO - Max Rewards Plat Visa - Approved - 3,600.00 Today (Apped last Friday 24th)

I assume AMEX pulled Experian but not sure about First National. Since my utilization is around 46% I think these lines should help my score. I hope the lowered util will outweigh the dings from new accounts and inquiries. Please correct me if I'm wrong about this. Before my mini app spree I had the following inqs: TU 2 / EQ 3 / EX 1. My AoA was 7 years.

I've heard that First National is VERY conservative but I was feeling lucky! LOL!

A big 'thank you" to board members for sharing and helping. I never would have thought to ask for CLIs.

Meg.

Re: First National Bank of Omaha Approved!

My two cents that I can offer is that I have the same FNBO card and they pulled Experian. I did some research and found that the mostly if not only pull EX.

In my wallet: Amex Zync: 1k spending cap (temporary), Citi Hilton Honors Visa Signature: $2000, First Financial Bank: $3500, Discover More: $5000, Barclays Apple Financing: $3500, Astoria Federal Savings: $500 Macy's: $500

Business: Chase Ink Cash World Mastercard: $2000

In my SD: Two CapOne $750,$1500

I'm not sure how much it will effect you with several new accounts reporting, but the added utilization definitely helps.

Earlier this month my EQ FICO was 706 with just over 30% utilization reporting.  I added a new card with a $12000 CL, and overall utilization dropped to 18% - my EQ FICO shot up to 728 as soon as it hit my reports.  Definitely changed things for the better in my case.  :smileysurprised:

Hope it does the same for you...:smileyhappy:

Starting Score: Jan 2012: EQ - 659, TU08 - 670, EX - ???
Current Score:June 2013: EQ - 752, TU08 - 753, EX - 730
Goal Score: 760 on each by 12/31/13, Last app - 4/1/13
