Any one received the newly required Credit Score Disclosure ?
If you were approved, did you also get a Risk- Based Pricing notice if the interest rate was higher than you expected
for your scores?
Just curious which banks are in compliance with the new requirements.
Thanks
After being approved for a NFCU CC, they mailed me a disclosure listing a score, though without it in front of me, I don't recall what it said (other than the score differing from my EQ FICO when pulled near that time. DW was approved for a CC with Navy, using an individual account, and I don't recall seeing anything like I received.

Did they say that they gave you a less-than-optimum rate or something? I thought that's the only time that lenders had to give you the score info (declined, higher APR, etc.)

I don't recall. The rate was higher than I expected, but I shouldn't be carrying balances on my CCs anyway. I opened the CC just after I closed [on a mortgage] and tossed everything in a box somewhere. If I find it, I'll post an update.
I received one with my Wells Fargo CC and LOC. LOC was opened in December and CC was opened in March. It just basically says your score and how your score and affect you. It also shows a graph of where the US population is and on average by scores. Really does not say you rank here and this is why you got what you got. Wells Fargo seems to be on top of it with this new credit policy/laws.
I got Amex, US Bank, DCU, pc Bofa and 2 chase cards this year and don't recall seeing my scores anywhere
I work for Volkswagon. At my store we REQUIRE every customer to get a copy of their credit score BEFORE we work a deal on a car. we are very up front and honest about the entire process.

With my new Amex Clear they didn't put my score in there but there was a thing about how the APR isn't the best and I could get a free copy of my credit report because of it.
I got one with a score on it in the mail after I was approved for a CLI on my PNC card.
They seem to be all across the board with the way they are handling disclosures. By 'they' I am referring to creditors in general.Today I received a much appreciated EQ Fico score from NFCU in the mail. This was in response to a recent auto loan approval. It simply lists my credit score, the date it was pulled, talks a little bit about "understanding your credit score", your ranking with US consumers, etc.
But, in a different example (I don't recall the exact creditor), I received another disclosure notice which didn't include a credit score, but indicated that I may have received a less competitive rate based on credit score and reporting obtained from [CRA].blah blah blah....
So, I really give Kudos to creditors that are sending the score out. I had been starting to think that my ScoreWatch product was broken (no updates in about a month), but the letter reflected the same Equifax score as showing in ScoreWatch so I relaxed a bit on that.
I would strongly support all creditors taking that extra step and sending a little courtesy letter showing the score they pulled. It can only be good for business.
