Does anyone have a back door number for Jareds? They refused a mid-cycle updat/reporting for me and its driving me crazy that they report a month behind and my balance from August is reporting....

That sounds like it would be the right number to call. 

There is also a number on the app page, I'm sure they can transfer you or something if the above number doesn't work.
