My Blue App Status

Here is the status for my Blue App I filled out last night from the Link ducky posted. It is being processed and  no instant decline. Let us see in the next few days what happens to this app.

I am going to wait and see what they say. I got preapproval so I apped for it. But as my car loan reported it CRA's my EX dropped by 30 points and it is at 630 now. I am not sure how it looks for my app. I'll wait few days and see what happens to my app. Hope I'll get it. Let us see.

My app is declined for blue with the same message that "I have an active recovery product". I called Amex and asked what that means. She said since I got my Optima on Jan 8th, I have to wait 90 days before I apply for another credit product.
 
When I asked her about what is the message about Recovery Product, she is not sure why that message. She said apply back after 90 days from the day I got the Optima and they will consider for the new card. She did not say any thing about I have to close my Oasis card before I can get another card with them.
 
Any way I have Platinum and Optima and I am not in a rush to get the new card. I'll try to get my scores up in the mean time and also pay off 40% on my car loan and keep things clean and then apply for JetBlue Biz card or Blue Biz Card.
 
She also said they have an internal system to check and they did not pull my CR. That is good to hear as I dont have to take a hit for this. Not bad overall. I guess we learn some thing every day.

Hi Concor.
The 90 days that she tell you that is not true, because I app for the Amex Plum around 11-21-07 and got approved and just app agian for the Delta personal and Blue cash for Business and got approved around 1-21-08 and just received my cards last week.
