NFCU - 2nd Siggy?? **bleep**?

So I get this mailer from my favorite people to inform me that my 2nd CC is being converted from a standard cashRewards card to a Siggy cash rewards?

It does have a $5k limit. My 1st Soggy has a $23k limit.

Should I go and ask for 25k now on the now new Siggy? Lol...

I've had it quite a few months and have had 1 CLI from 1-5k which was a HP.

I'm still green at this.  What is the difference between the regular card and the signature card?  Since you didn't get a CLI, it's not based on credit limit, right?
