Got this invite today to upgrade my PNC Points. I'm not interested, but thought you guys would like the info.
Looks like it's main competition is the Venture and CSP for those with relationships with PNC.

This is more so competition for the quasi-"traveler" cards (i.e. Capital One Venture/Barclays Arrival+) that charge an AF for, and restrict, what is more or less free elsewhere (2% cash back on all purchases). I don't see this as competition at all for the CSP to the informed traveler. Their competition chart is very amusing and heavily assumes ignorance of the reader.

PNC was the only lender to throw up an instant denial on my Sept mega app-o-rama.
I later learned that they first like a banking relationship and while there's one close enough the spree was enough as-is.
