side note*

water pump leak on my 3 year old dodge hemi today... flipped over my PRG and called the number. flat bed was there in 20 mins and towed to dealer at no charge without signing a thing. AMEX called to check on the tow as they were picking it up and let me know to call if i need anything else (gas, locksmith, jump, tow, winch) and reminded me i had 3 more until december.
