Can anyone please send me an Re-con letter for Amex Express I was declined for 633/603/604

So I am trying to get them to re-con on another card - anyone got any ideas :-( trying

Tough cookies. They've recently changed their recon. policy and they don't have the ability to override decisions.

I hit the cli button just after 30 days,  June19, declined, csr told me call on july 19.  have to wait 60 days.

Yes.. I was told the same thing it now appears you must wait 60 days to ask for an CLI. Then 6 month intervals.
