But I have only had the card since January, so maybe at 6 months I will click it again.

Well it's not totally broken. I just tried about 30 minutes ago and got a 1K increase (4.5K-5.5K). It asked for employment / salary / housing info. I have had the card since May of 09. I have tried a few times in the past and always got the NO or call. And on the phone service it would say you need to speak with a rep so I hung up. My current utilization is about 20% on all revolving credit lines.
The funny thing is the approval message said "We cannot give you the whole $1K you asked for, but we can offer you 1K. If you would like to reconsider please call in or accept this offer." I accepted.: It's already showing on the on-line account, and I got an e-mail from them within a minute.![]()

Tried for a $3000 CLI but on the next screen they wanted permission to do a HP so I declined. I want to wait until I pay off one high balance (0%) before they see my reports. Ugh, this card is my lowest limit and even lower than my 2 Cap One cards!
Thanks for the heads up that the button is there though - I looked about a week ago and it wasn't!

Yeah, I think if they can or willing to give you one then the button will work. Funny thing is I received a letter from them last month telling me that I MAY be eligible for a CLI and to call. I didn't call as I didn't want to waste an HP and I also thought my balance was to high to get an increase which at the time was about 70% UTIl on that card.

still not working, i actually called and asked why and she said it doesnt work for everyone, i then asked to be transferred to the cancellation department (not related but i wanted to close my account)
The lady said that she'd send a email to the corporate office to put a CLI through for me if i dont close my account.... we'll see what happens >_>
