No Synchrony Bank wouldnt let you do that. They are not like a chase or barclays, Synchrony offers co-branded visa/mc and store cards. they basically are the backer for each company. so when you apply for say PayPal and get smart connect, there is no other option unless you apply directly for an amazon card.
Just how synch bank doesnt do recons. they are pretty cut and dry.
