Seven months, and still no CLI. PIF'ed the first 3 months, then carried a balance for 4 months ($700 Util as of 9/24, paid it down to $300 11/14, charged another $700 on 11/21 for a balance of $1K, paid $200 every two weeks until $0). Currently it's at $0, but a $10 charge will post probably tomorrow, just so it's not inactive until $700 for car insurance is due again.
