I was wondering if a Walmart Discover is considered a Store Card or not? I'm thinking I'm answering my own question here, because you are able to use it anywhere besides Walmart.

It will also be listed as: "Credit Card" on the report

Although, on a side note -- I had the Comenity True Value Discover and it was reported as a "Charge Card" Don't know if that makes a difference in score -- credit card vs charge card

I had a walmart discover. Just cancelled it about a week ago and they always reported as a credit card not a store card.

Discover It 5K (lowered it from 15.5K); AMEX BCP 5KGoal 800 (lowered from 15k) Amazon Store Card 1,600: 740: Current TU 789 EX 776 EQ 754
