That's the message I received after I applied. I had a home equity line go through foreclosure 10 years ago, and thought that since I had built my scores up to 700, it would be ok. Just thought I'd post this in case anyone else was wondering if they black list.
Sorry to hear that. I am not sure how recon works with a CU. I guess all you can do it ask and explain your situation.

+1 They NEVER forget.
Not sure you could say they blacklisted you. Burning them for a credit card is one thing. Burning them for a mortgage? That's a tough one to overcome.
