two ? About citi and cli

going to activate my card tonight/tomorrow how are the about cli at activation? Will they pull a hard inquiry for it too? I have a 6000$ starting fresh should I ask for more? I was Hoping for about 10k.

do you have any other citi accounts? they usually say lets chat in 6 months. i was pushy and rcvd a hard pull cli at 3 months.

I have activated 4 cards (Citi) in the past year. The first 3 were the six month deal. The last I asked and was told they could bump the line up about 15% without a hard pull. I took it.
