BK GONE FROM EX: SHOCKER!

Couldn't believe it when EX confirmed it as I wasn't expecting it to (at least not until Feb 09).

Wtg/hoping it falls off TU and EQ.  Oddly enough though, TU told me today that DISMISSED BK will fall off there's after 7 yrs and it falls off after 10 if its listed as a FILING.

Very interesting. At any rate, I'm still happy it's off one.  May the others follow suit!

I don't know the difference between the 2- I thought dismissed ones stayed on for 10 years-

So did I!  I even asked him "hold on isn't it the other way around?" he said "no ma'am dismissed/discharge falls off after 7 yrs".  Maybe that's why EX DEL since I'm within a yr of CRTP.
