Let me correct myself the new update is just for the website and not the app
I emailed PenFed and asked about the app they sent me back this today

While this most recent announcement is related to our website, I am pleased to tell you that our new mobile site will be released in November of this year and it will not only have the feature you have suggested, but so many more.
