Does anyone know what would happen if you paid your mortgage payment after the 15th of the month but before the end of the month if you are in a Ch. 13 BK?

Would they start the foreclosure process right away, even if it was not past 30 days?

The judge would have to lift the stay before the mortgage company can begin forclosure process.  Make the payment ASAP and you should be ok.
