need help

I just checked my credit report and i noticed 2 old accounts that were open 3/00 co and the 12/00 co should these be falling off or be gone. can they change the account open date to stay on longer. Not sure what to do Iam new at all this

The accounts were COs in 03/00 and 12/00 then DOFD would have been earlier than that.  I would say yes they should be off your credit reports by now.  Dispute them.  I also believe the only legal way that and account can be "reaged" is if there is some sort of agreement between you and the creditor.
