Clear to close!!!!!

I got the clear to close today. OMG!  This has been such a long process!!!  Friday at 3pm, I am closing and hopefully the seller will come so we can close both sides of this.  I have given them a 14 day possession, and if they don't come on Friday, the 14 day count down doesn't start until he has signed.

 

Everyone HOPE for me that he makes it a point to come and I will be moving soon!
