Hey guys,
We are set to close by Nov 21, our LO submitted to the UW last week. He said the only thing he would be worried about is the fact the my husband had workmans comp. for about a year in 2006-2007. He's been back to work for over a year now, but his 2006 W2 was only like $10,000 since his money came from the work comp. company.
My husband's employer wrote a letter stating the dates he was off and that any earnings during this time would not be reflected on W2 earnings.
Do you think this would be a problem? He's been with the company for 5 years and was off for a year due to a severe fall that required 2 surgeries. He's back and fine now. If they want more information from the work comp. company it will probably take forever to get. What do you think?
