Put Offer In

So we got our pre-approval this week and put in the offer today.  Fingers Crossed.

We're very excited, was suppose to look at 3 others after the one we fell in love with and just said - let's go back to your office and write up an offer.  It helps that we looked at about 25-30 properties before our pre-approval came through.

 

Now the fun begins, I keep reminding hubby he's got to be patient through this entire process.

And........we are under contract.  Yippee!  Now the fun begins right.  We're pre-approved and I've provided all documentation that I've seen come up in other folks conditions so hoping for a smooth transactions.  I'm realistic though and expecting a wrench to be thrown in there somewhere.

 

Appreciate all the knowledge this board shares.
